In the rare event you are unhappy with any item of jewellery you have purchased with us then you are entitled to a 30-day money back guarantee for online purchases only. In order to return any item, it will have to be in the same condition it was sold to you for it to qualify for a full refund. All documentation and certificates must be present and correspond with the item. Once we have received your item it will be examined by our quality assessment department. If the item has undergone any alterations unknown to us or has any damage it will not be accepted for a refund.
All Fully Set Diamond Rings are custom made to size, due to the nature of the style, they are unable to be resized, and are therefore are exchange only, and not covered under our 30 Day refund policy.
If you are unsure of your required size, we will be more than happy to help you find the correct size.
If you have qualified for a refund the money will be back in your account in 8-10 working days.
If you are unhappy with an item of jewellery you have purchased in store, we will be more than happy to exchange it. Should the new item be of a lesser monetary value, the remaining balance will be placed on a credit note. Should the new item be more expensive than the original, you will only need to pay the difference. Bespoke items are not eligible for an exchange or refund. These terms are in addition to your statutory rights.
If you are wanting to post an item of jewellery back to us, please follow these steps to ensure the item is returned to Diamond Quarter safely and securely:
- Please ensure the item of jewellery is in its original box and packaged securely.
- Please add a cover note with your name, contact details and original order/invoice number, detailing what you would like to do.
Please send the item back via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery and ensure the item is insured to the appropriate amount. Take a note of your tracking number and obtain proof of postage.
