Returns

In the rare event you are unhappy with any item of jewellery you have purchased with us then you are entitled to a 30-day money back guarantee for online purchases only. In order to return any item, it will have to be in the same condition it was sold to you for it to qualify for a full refund. All of the documents and certificates must be present and correspond with the item. Once we have received your item it will be examined by our quality assessment department. If the item has undergone any alterations unknown to us or has any damage it will be not be accepted for a refund. 

If you have qualified for a refund the money will be back in your account in 8-10 working days.

If you are unhappy with an item of jewellery you have purchased in store, we will be more than happy to exchange it. Should the new item be of a lesser monetary value, the remaining balance will be placed on a credit note. Should the new item be more expensive than the original, you will only need to pay the difference. Bespoke items are not eligible for an exchange or refund. These terms are in addition to your statutory rights.
